Second-stage crushers, suitable for common limestone of low or medium hardness without abrasive elements. Their design includes hammers and grates, achieving crushing via impacts on the fixed parts and via compression through grates. They have high crushing ration, close to 1:10, and the final output contains a significant amount of material of size up to 25mm. Its granulometry is controlled by properly adjusting the gap between grates and the rotor’s velocity. These crushers are constructed in different sizes, according to the desired throughput.
