SECONDARY CRUSHING

Second stage crushers, with hammers or blowbars suitable for common limestone of low or medium hardness without abrasive elements. Crushing is carried out only by impacts on the fixed and mobile parts of the crusher. Their design includes hammers and jaws fixed on the machinery’s body and externally adjustable. The crushing ratio of these crushers comes close to 1:8 and can be modified according to feed size and characteristics. Their advantages over the hammer mills are that they can support larger amount of feed, they produce less filler, they have higher production, and are not so susceptible to damage. They are constructed in different sizes, according to the desired throughput.
